We do not care if you have 15+ years of experience in working for Microsoft, DreamWorks or Blizzard. We do not care what is the university you graduated from, nor how much money you think you should be paid. 

ArtForge is a starting company that is developing its debut product and we are looking for people that can contribute to this project and hopefully become co-owners of the company.

  • Must know the gaming industry inside and out

  • Must be familiar with community culture in the different social media platforms

  • Feels confident in working with Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc.

  • Has experience in managing and optimizing Facebook advertisement

  • Has experience in email marketing

  • Can work with Photoshop or similar software to create and edit marketing materials

  • Has knowledge in Search Engine Optimization

  • Can work with Google Analytics

  • Has analytical skills and can work with statistical data

  • Can generate strategies to attract both early adaptors and late majority as client

  • Can make client profiling of competitors’ community

  • Has excellent English language skills, both written and spoken


  • Manage and optimize Facebook ads

  • Contribute to content strategy and player-facing communications, including active engagement on community channels and reactive messaging

  • Develop and execute key community initiatives including contests, live events, blogs and forums

  • Drive content creator strategy, identifying potential new creators while supporting and building long-term relationships with existing partners

  • Delivering strategies to increase the company’s’ website subscribers, Facebook page followers etc.

  • Analyze and report on content and social media performance data to drive continuous improvement, optimization and innovation

  • Lead good communication with the production team for upcoming game content

  • Revise marketing strategy with the core team members

When you write your Resume / Cover letter, do not make it too mainstream or follow the rules of how they are written too strickly. Instead, put a pinch of yourself. Write them in a way that will help us understand your true personality and intentions. Avoid using superlatives like "I thrive in working in a fast-paced environment" or " I am a team player". You don't know what we need, so do not pretend to be someone you are not. Instead, be as much yourself as you can be. This is your only way to stand out from the crowd! :)
